• Transparency — plain-language explanations of how matching works and who receives your information.
• Control — ability to update contact details and withdraw marketplace introductions where technically feasible without breaking legal record-keeping.
• Dignity — no dark patterns that obscure fees, wait times, or agency independence.
• Security — reasonable safeguards for data you entrust to the platform.
