Cancellation and refund policy

Polymorphism is an Alberta home-care marketplace prototype built to showcase platform architecture — not a live service accepting clients or caregivers at this time.

Polymorphism may charge fees for certain software or marketplace services. This policy outlines how cancellations and refunds work unless a separate order form states otherwise.

Subscriptions

You may cancel recurring subscriptions through your account portal or by emailing billing at the address we publish on your invoice. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not erase amounts owed for periods already billed.

Refunds

Unless required by law or expressly stated in your contract, fees are non-refundable. We may issue credits or partial refunds where we fail to meet materially defined service levels documented in writing.

Agency services

Payments for direct care or staffing arranged with third-party agencies are governed by those providers' policies. Polymorphism does not guarantee refunds for care services we do not deliver ourselves.
