Building in public. This document is part of a technology demonstration. It has not been reviewed or approved by legal counsel and does not constitute legal advice, a binding agreement, or a final policy. Polymorphism is an Alberta home-care marketplace prototype built to showcase platform architecture โ€” not a live service accepting clients or caregivers at this time.

These terms govern your use of websites and applications operated by Polymorphism Agency ("Polymorphism," "we," or "us") at polymorphism.agency and related domains. By accessing our services, you agree to this agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

Not medical advice

Polymorphism provides software and marketplace infrastructure. We do not provide clinical care. Any health decisions belong to licensed professionals and the individuals they serve.

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the services โ€” including attempting to access non-public systems, interfere with other users, or scrape the services in violation of applicable law or our technical policies.

Third parties

Agencies and other providers featured on the marketplace are independent parties. Their services may be subject to separate agreements. Polymorphism does not guarantee outcomes of care arranged through the platform.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Polymorphism's aggregate liability arising out of these terms is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) one hundred Canadian dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the minimum permitted by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
